ISIC Terms and Conditions

Conditions for issuing ISIC/IYTC

Eligibility:

Eligibility is defined by the international rules for supplying ISIC/IYTC ID cards set by the ISIC Association and managed by the local ISIC Representative (SAVVY Youth & Student Pty Ltd). The Card Applicant hereby declares that he/she satisfies the Conditions for issuing cards ordered, as specified in these general Terms and Conditions:

In the case of an ISIC application:

Students engaged in primary-, secondary-, tertiary-, postgraduate-, continuing education or language studies that are enrolled in an institution which is duly accredited by the official governing body for education of the country in which it is located.

Qualifying student status is defined as being minimally 15 hours of study a week for at least 12 weeks per year.

The age limit shall be no less than 12 years for the ISIC card.

In the case of an IYTC application:

All youth and young adults up to and including 30 years of age, with the issuance of the card being prior to the holder’s 31st birthday.

Validity: 

The validity of all card types is 12 months from date of issuance of the card. Cards can be valid for an academic year if distributed through a 3rd Party (e.g. university or school).
